The Lonely Dragon

There once was a lonely dragon who lived in a cave high in the mountains. His name was Christian. He was separated from his family when he was very young. Dragon slayers captured his family but Christian managed to escape. He fled to the highest mountain where he now lives. While looking for food Christian heard something move in the forest behind him. Christian became still and made himself look like a rock. Out of the bushes a little boy came out crying and sat on Christians tail. Christian felt a warm touch as the little boy lay across him crying. The boy was frightened and ran and hid behind a tree.”Come out little boyI will not hurt you” said Christian. A talking dragon wondered the boy. As time passed they became good friends and promised they would always look after each other.
